I purchased delsey luggage through…macy’s

I purchased delsey luggage through macy’s store back in December 2021. I finally went on a trip first time use. From Las Vegas to Orlando received luggage at Mco airport cracked. good 10” inch damaged to it. Didn’t hold up on first use,Stay away from this product. I ended up putting duct tape finishing off my trip with it.

No refund

I bought two luggages, but it got arrived late so I bought another set of luggage and without opening the shipping package I returned the luggages to Delsey return department.
It’s been more than 2 months I am following up with them to refund but I just got one of luggages refunded. Horrible customer service!! You have to pay for the return shipment if you wanna return and they won’t return the money regardless of multiple time of follow ups, emails and submitting the feedback form from their website. But no refund yet. Very frustrating

Great aftersales service

Great aftersales service. The handle of my suitcase broke after a year's use. The customer service immediately offered me a replacement. Then the zipper of the replacement suitcase broke a few years later. The friendly customer service promptly ordered me yet another replacement. Very impressed by the very responsive and friendly customer service team!

Delsey charged me and never shipped the bag.

After 6 attempts to contact Delsey regarding my PAID, but NOT SHIPPED order DWUS0000219674 I still have no reply.

I have contacted UPS regarding the tracking number 1Z9Y922F030037
and was informed that the shipper (YOU) have never provided package for shipping to UPS after creating label.

Delsey charged me and never shipped the bag.

User's recommendation: don't buy from Delsey website.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I mistakenly ordered the wrong bag, contacted them immediately. Nope, won’t cancel. I have to return on my dime!! DO NOT BUY FROM DELSEY!!

Do not buy here!

Do not buy here!! Horrible customer service, if you are not confident in the size of it I would buy it off amazon so you can have a safe return. I received confirmation it was delivered back to them 10 days ago, contacted customer service twice, and it is still radio silent on their side. I regret buying.

Truly amazing service

Truly amazing service, I bought 3 of the Helium Aero luggage and it is very durable and trouble free.
purchase if you appreciate quality.

Poor quality.

3 years ago I bought a Delsey suitcase Helium 70cm. Price was 2 to 3 times higher than most of the equivalent products available in the shop.
Since than, I had 3 issues. 2 times with broken handle and 1 with the locker. Even if the repair was free, I had to pay a 10$ claim fee for each case.
Now I have a remaining warranty for 7 years, and I am not very confident. Maybe I should follow my wife solution: throw away!
I send a letter to Delsey France, but they did not even answer.
I am really disappointed about such a bad quality and lack of customer care therefore I will never buy again your brand

Don’t order here

Don’t order here! I ordered a new suitcase over 4 weeks ago, it arrived quite fast, but I wasn’t happy with it so I returned it using their pre-paid DHL service. Fast-forward 24 days post return: contacted Delsey twice via their online page, never received an answer and still haven’t received my refund. Horrible costumer service!

My brand new Delsey case got trashed on…

My brand new Delsey case got trashed on a recent long haul flight. I contacted Delsey USA and they agreed to replace it, but I heard nothing about it. When they realised I lived in the UK, the contacted their office in England. An awkward manager told me I had to return the case to him at my expense, it had to be bubble wrapped or boxed. He stated that if the damage was caused by a third party, the warranty would not be covered. The case has a 5 year warranty which is worthless. I'd never buy Delsey again. Absolutely awful service from the English office. I need to buy a replacement case and it won't be a Delsey.
